- Meeting the neds of individual members of the group.
- Attending to personal problems.
- Giving praise and status.
- Reconciling conflicts between group needs and need of individual.
5.Awarness , understanding, skill.
- Awarness of what is going on in groups, the group process or underlying behaviour and the actual content of discussion.
